Educor Africa aims to enter Africa through a Pan-African strategy. Through its association with Educor Holdings, it has adopted a Hub-and-Spoke Model in order to extend its education and property footprint.
Expansion Plan into Africa
In order to realise its objectives and address the educational and infrastructural needs of Africa, Educor Africa has adopted a three-prong strategy, which will focus on the Anglophone countries, encompassing The Southern African Development Community (SADC) and East and West Africa.
The SADC was established in 1980 and transformed into a development community in 1992. The goal is to promote sustainable and equitable economic growth and socio-economic development through efficient productive systems, deeper cooperation and integration, good governance and durable peace and security among fifteen Southern African Member States.
A Pan-African Hub-and-Spoke Model
Hubs will be established in major metropolitan areas contributing to one central investment vehicle, supported by the Spokes, which are the smaller investment vehicles.
